Need wishbone pivot/fulcrum
« on: September 23, 2007, 09:48:05 AM »
I snapped the threaded end off my wishbone pivot arm trying to remove the nut. I don't want to try welding it back on. Does anyone have one they would sell to me? It is the part that bolts the spring pan to the frame on the early Bs, MGAs, TDs, and TFs too. Thanks, Mike

Hi Mike,

Sorry I did not see this posting sooner.  if you have not found one, the part is available new from both Moss or Victoria British catalogs (and probably others) for about $100 each, one per side with no difference to right or left; all 62-80 MGB.

The Moss part number is 264-270 Pivot (wishbone, inner) or the Victoria British part number is 5-197 Fulcrum Pin (lower, inner).
